Communication kit

To assist you in handling your customers and familiarising yourself with the application, we have created a driver communication kit.

This kit provides you with examples of messages to help you communicate with your customers when a journey is accepted. We’ve also included tutorials to help you quickly familiarise yourself with your driver application.

The Marcel driver communication kit includes:

• Messages in French and English to simplify communications with your customers.
• Messages in French and English to remind your customers of pick-up points at stations and airports in Paris.
• Explanations on how to make yourself available and unavailable, update your journey status, update your schedule and choose your GPS.
