What do I do if my train is cancelled?
We ask you for your train number when you make your booking, so that we can anticipate any early arrivals or delays.
However, if your train is cancelled, you are responsible for cancelling your Marcel journey. Go to the My journeys section to cancel your booking.
You will then be able to order a new vehicle when you have another train booked (in this case, you may lose advance booking benefits, the application of a promotional code, etc.).
