Transport for people with reduced mobility
Our partner drivers are not insured to transport disabled people.
For this type of service, we recommend that you contact us by email so that we can provide you with a quote and put you in touch with a driver equipped to provide such services. Contact is all the more important if specific access equipment is required (ramp or lift, for example).
At the very least, it is imperative that the presence of a person with reduced mobility is mentioned in the booking request so that the driver offered the booking is aware of this and can anticipate the possibility of being picked up.
If this information is not mentioned at all in the booking request, and if the driver is unable to pick up the person, the journey will be cancelled and cancellation fees will be charged to compensate the driver.
