On the application:
You can have someone close to you monitor your journey when travelling with Marcel.
To do so, simply click your current journey, then click the “share your location” tab.
Next, choose the person you want to send your itinerary to: they don’t need to have the Marcel application on their smartphone.
Additionally, our customer service team is available 24/7 on +33 (0)1 70 95 14 15 (free call).
Finally, don’t forget to rate your driver after every journey: this information is essential for us to ensure that each journey goes as smoothly as possible. Should the need arise, this information will allow us to identify and deal with any problematic behaviour.

Your safety is our priority. As such, we have ramped up our mystery checks to ensure that every journey is carried out under optimum conditions.
Before entering the vehicle, check that the information concerning the identity of the driver and the vehicle corresponds to that given in the application.

Each driver who joins the Marcel platform is met in person at our premises during special training: this includes a section dedicated to safety and the services expected of them on board the vehicles.
We regularly organise driver working groups to discuss these issues and move the debate forward.

Our employees are trained to deal with any particular situations that may arise on board our partner drivers’ vehicles. An internal procedure has been put in place to manage crisis situations.
