Personal data protection and GDPR
In accordance with the applicable regulations, users have:

- A right to rectification,
- A right to erasure and portability of data concerning them,
- The option (on legitimate grounds) of objecting to the processing and, in the cases provided for, requesting that the processing of this data be restricted.

In the context of their contractual relations, Marcel and its partner drivers have included an agreement on their respective obligations for the purposes of ensuring compliance with the requirements of the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act.
