How do I receive the driver’s contact details?
For an immediate departure, you will automatically receive:
- A notification (or text message) when your booking is confirmed, to let you know how long it will take your driver to arrive and to give you their contact details
- A notification (or text message) when your driver has arrived
For an advance departure, you will automatically receive:
- A notification (or text message) 20 minutes prior to your driver’s arrival
- A notification (or text message) when they have arrived
You will therefore be provided with your driver’s first name, phone number, vehicle model and number plate.
A notification is sent via the mobile application by default. However, if it is impossible to send a notification (internet connection interrupted, application turned off, etc.) or if the booking concerns a third-party passenger, a text message is sent.

The driver cannot send text messages if your phone number is not covered by our operator. The same applies if the number entered in your customer account is a landline number. In this case, if the driver is unable to contact you once you have arrived, cancellation charges may apply.
