How do I obtain a quote and book my journey?
You can book your journey immediately or in advance, from 30 minutes* to 45 days before the start of your journey through:
- Our mobile application Android or iOS
- Our website
- Our call centre : +33 (0)1 70 95 14 15 available 24/7.
- Reservation requests sent by email will not be taken into account nor recorded by our services.
*Booking 30 minutes in advance is only available for journeys in Île de France. For Lyon and Nice, you can book from 1 hour to 45 days before the start of your journey.
On the application or on the website:
- Click leave “as soon as possible” (immediate booking) or “Book later” (advance booking)
- Enter your pick-up and arrival addresses
- Select your departure dates and times (if booking in advance)
- In “Options”, enter any promotional codes or passenger details
- When you receive the quote, you will be offered a price
- Accept the quote and register your payment method
You will immediately receive an email confirming your journey.
On the date of your journey, we will send you a notification or text message with your driver's contact details when they are near, and a notification or text message to let you know when they have arrived.
You will also receive a detailed invoice for your journey once your journey is completed.
