How do I book a journey on someone else’s behalf?
1- Why register a passenger?
Registering a passenger allows you to book a journey on behalf of another person via your Marcel account.
This allows you to put the passenger in direct contact with the driver who will be in charge of the journey.
You are defined as the passenger by default. You will therefore receive:
- The booking confirmation
- The driver's arrival notifications
- The invoice
If you specify a passenger when booking:
- Both you and the passenger will receive the booking confirmation (the passenger receives the confirmation, but not the price)
- The passenger will receive the text messages concerning the driver's arrival
- You will receive the invoice
2- How do I register a passenger?
📱 On the mobile application, independently of booking
- Go to the application and click the menu
- Click “Favourites”
- Click “Passengers”
- Click “add” at the top of the page
- Add the passenger and confirm

- Go to the application and create a quote
- Before clicking “Confirm”, click “Promo - Options”.
- Click “Passengers”
- Click “Add” at the top of the page
- Add the passenger and confirm

- Go to the website and log on to your customer account
- Click the “Profile” icon in the top right-hand corner
- Click “Passengers”
- Click the “+” icon to the right of the passenger list
- Add the passenger
