How can I access my journey history and invoices?
If this feature is activated by your company, you will receive your invoice by email at the end of your journey. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder.
Accessing and downloading your invoices is very simple:
on the application, go to “My journeys”, “History”, click the journey for which you need an invoice, click “Invoice” in the top right-hand corner and confirm; your invoice will be issued
- on the website, go to “Journeys”, “Completed journeys” then download the required invoices
