Can I cancel/refuse journeys?
When you accept a job, you commit yourself to carrying it out!
Exceptionally, you may not be able to complete a journey in the event of force majeure (flat tyre, problem on the way to your destination, etc.). In this case, notify our dispatch service before cancelling the reservation in your application so that another driver can be sent right away.
What happens if I cancel a journey that I have already accepted?
- This will affect your acceptance rate
- You will be liable to a penalty, in accordance with the partnership contract.
⚠️ If you accept a journey but don’t show up, the consequences are the same.
What happens if I ignore a proposed journey?

▶️ Make sure you provide a realistic schedule in order to avoid bookings outside of your working hours!
