What should I do if a customer damages my vehicle?

In order to provide proof of the damage, and so that the insurance company can assess it, it’s important to take a photo and email it right away to the Marcel teams. 📷

Please note that Marcel can step in if the customer damages your vehicle, and that this leads to cleaning costs.

For any material damage, you must contact your insurance company.

Marcel can cover the cost of cleaning or repairing your vehicle up to a maximum of €130 after analysing the case.
