How do I modify a journey or add an intermediate stop?

The Marcel driver application allows you to modify your itinerary if the customer asks you to do so.

You can change the final stop and/or add up to 3 intermediate stops. To do this, simply:

• “Start” the journey
• Go to the menu (top right-hand corner)
• Modify the journey according to your customer’s request: “click the + symbol to add or remove intermediate stops or modify the final destination”.

The application automatically calculates the new fare, which you then announce to your customer.

The fare calculation method is identical to the current calculation system, and will take into account the same discounts that the customer was given at the time of booking!

You can then validate the new fare and carry out your journey as usual.

If the journey modification makes it impossible to complete your next journey, the latter will automatically be rescheduled;
