What should I do if my payment method is refused?
Sometimes a payment may be refused by your bank, preventing you from confirming your order.
The most frequent reasons for refusal are:
- Insufficient funds in bank account or payment limit reached
- Bank card expiry date exceeded
- Card blocked for loss or theft
- Error entering 16 digits or security code (CVV)
- 3D Secure authentication failure
